Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has brought Vienna House to Türkiye for the first time with the opening of Vienna House by Wyndham Istanbul Bahçelievler. The debut gives the group a 12th brand in the country, adding a European-inspired city hotel with a spa, restaurant and meeting space on Istanbul’s European side.
The property is operating under a franchise agreement with ARES İstanbul Turizm, an existing Wyndham hotel owner. Wyndham announced the debut as part of its expansion across Türkiye, where its portfolio now includes approximately 140 hotels.
A Base on Istanbul’s European Side
The Bahçelievler location puts the hotel by the E-5 road, with access to Istanbul Expo Center and the business districts around the Basın Ekspres corridor. The hotel’s website places it approximately 44 kilometers from Istanbul Airport and 15 kilometers from the Old City.
That location gives the opening a different role from a hotel in the historic center. It offers a base for exhibition visits and business appointments, with sightseeing possible farther across the city. Travelers whose main plans revolve around the Old City should factor the location into their daily journeys.
Rooms and Suites With Space to Work
The accommodation ranges from Superior and Deluxe rooms to Junior Suites and larger suites. The hotel’s own room listings describe Superior rooms of 25–28 square meters, Deluxe options with double, twin or triple bedding, and Junior Suites of 35–47 square meters.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi, workspaces, tea and coffee facilities, and televisions with streaming capability are among the listed room amenities. Selected categories add seating areas, giving guests more room to relax or work during a longer city stay.
A Turkish Bath, Spa and Dining
The hotel has an 800-square-meter spa and fitness area. Its wellness facilities include a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and treatment spaces, providing an indoor place to unwind after meetings or a day exploring Istanbul.
The restaurant serves local and international food, with buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner. An Irish pub and lobby bar add more informal options for drinks, coffee and light refreshments. Guests should check the meal inclusions of their chosen rate when reserving.
For smaller business gatherings, the opening announcement lists a meeting room accommodating up to 30 guests. The mix of accommodation, dining and wellness facilities allows the hotel to serve short city visits as well as stays built around work.
Wyndham’s 12th Brand in Türkiye
ARES İstanbul Turizm’s relationship with Wyndham began with La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Güneşli in 2019 and also includes Days Inn by Wyndham Istanbul Bomonti. The Vienna House opening adds another brand to that existing partnership.
The arrival follows Vienna House’s expansion elsewhere, including its Frankfurt debut. The Istanbul hotel also participates in Wyndham Rewards, whose accommodation choices recently broadened with the launch of Homes & Havens vacation rentals.
