Revelex has launched Revy AI, a conversational assistant embedded in its PowerAgent 5 cruise-booking platform, alongside a new 3D Cruise Deck Viewer. The company announced the tools on November 3, positioning them as support for travel advisors and consumer-facing booking experiences.
Users can describe a destination, departure date and budget in everyday language, then narrow the results by cruise line, dates or price. Revy AI is designed to reduce the need to complete separate search fields while helping users navigate available sailings.
The assistant also provides guidance on cabin categories, rate codes and reservation requirements. Revelex says agencies can incorporate their own operating rules, payment procedures and customer profiles into its responses, tailoring the assistance to how their business works rather than relying solely on generic travel answers.
The separate deck viewer lets advisors and clients explore ship layouts, locate staterooms and amenities, and compare cabin categories. It adds a visual presentation tool to Revelex’s broader cruise technology, which already brings inventory, pricing and cabin availability into a booking platform.
