Raffles pairs London’s OWO and Le Royal Monceau in Paris for a two-city escape with junior suites, dining, spa access and a Printemps shopping experience.

Key Notes

  • The Raffles offer combines junior suites, breakfast for two, dining, cocktails and wellness access in London and Paris.
  • A private Printemps shopping consultation is included in the Paris experience, while Eurostar tickets are excluded.
  • Package pricing, stay length, availability and booking terms should be confirmed directly with the hotels.

Raffles London at The OWO and Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris have teamed up on a two-city escape combining junior suites, dining, cocktails and spa access. The offer, called London x Paris: The Raffles Way, brings together a Whitehall landmark and a Parisian Palace hotel in one coordinated itinerary.

The appeal is the contrast between the two addresses: London’s former Old War Office, with its grand public rooms and Guerlain Spa, followed by a Paris stay shaped by Philippe Starck’s interiors, contemporary art and Japanese dining. Eurostar provides a direct connection between the capitals, although train tickets are not included in the hotel offer.

What the London–Paris Offer Includes

The hotels’ London offer and Paris offer set out a package built around accommodation and experiences for two:

  • Junior suites at both Raffles properties, with breakfast for two.
  • London dining for two at Mauro Colagreco, Saison or The Drawing Room.
  • Paris dining with an Omakase Menu for two at Matsuhisa Paris.
  • Cocktails at London’s Spy Bar or Guards Bar & Lounge, plus Le Bar Long in Paris.
  • Wellness access at the Guerlain Spa in London and Raffles Spa & Wellness in Paris.
  • Personal shopping through the Royal Shopping Experience at Printemps in Paris.

A Historic London Stay on Whitehall

Raffles London occupies the Grade II* listed Old War Office on Whitehall, with 120 rooms and suites. Its setting makes the building part of the experience, rather than simply a place to return after sightseeing. The package’s choice of restaurants also lets guests shape the London evening around the dining style they prefer.

The Guerlain Spa extends across four levels and includes a swimming pool, steam and sauna facilities. Pool and fitness access provide a quieter counterpoint to a city itinerary, while the included cocktail offers a choice between the Spy Bar and Guards Bar & Lounge.

Paris Adds Matsuhisa and a Private Stylist

Le Royal Monceau sits on Avenue Hoche, near the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and Parc Monceau. Its contemporary interiors give the Paris portion a different character from the London hotel’s former government-building setting.

Raffles’ experience details pair an Omakase Menu at Matsuhisa Paris with cocktails at Le Bar Long. The Printemps appointment adds a private consultation with a personal stylist, while access to the hotel’s wellness facilities includes its indoor pool.

Eurostar Tickets Are Booked Separately

The Paris offer explicitly excludes Eurostar tickets. Travelers should therefore budget for the rail journey alongside the hotel quotation, rather than assume the package includes a train fare or a particular travel class.

Eurostar lists its fastest London–Paris journey at 2 hours 16 minutes. Hotel transfers and station arrival procedures add to the overall travel time, so a dining reservation in the next city should leave room for more than the train ride alone.

How to Plan the Two-City Break

The public offer pages do not publish a fixed package price or a minimum number of nights. Availability, the length of each stay and restaurant reservations should be confirmed directly with the hotels, along with the cancellation terms and any station-transfer arrangements.

The escape links two established properties, distinct from the brand’s future openings such as the Courchevel resort we previously covered. For this trip, the useful starting point is a quotation covering both cities, with the hotel inclusions and separate transport costs clearly identified.
