Key Notes

  • The Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan will visit eight Gaylord and JW Marriott resorts between November 5 and December 31, 2026.
  • Caravan stops include free activities, sampling, giveaways and Coca-Cola Polar Bear photo opportunities.
  • Limited Coca-Cola Christmas Suites include four ICE! tickets, a keepsake, in-room products and seasonal treats.

Gaylord Hotels and two JW Marriott resorts are adding Coca-Cola Christmas Suites and Holiday Caravan visits to their 2026 festive season. The collaboration covers eight U.S. resorts, combining limited themed accommodation with free activities during multi-day stops by Coca-Cola’s red holiday truck.

Marriott’s announcement introduces two different ways to join in: visit while the Caravan is in town, or book a Christmas Suite during the resort’s holiday season. The truck’s itinerary runs from early November through New Year’s Eve, with dates that differ from the wider Christmas attraction calendars.

Where the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan Will Stop

The official holiday schedule lists these eight stops for 2026:

  • November 5–8: Gaylord Opryland Resort, Nashville, Tennessee.
  • November 15–18: Gaylord National Resort, National Harbor, Maryland.
  • November 23–26: Gaylord Palms Resort, Kissimmee, Florida.
  • November 30–December 3: JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort, San Antonio, Texas.
  • December 6–9: Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine, Texas.
  • December 13–16: JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort, Phoenix, Arizona.
  • December 19–22: Gaylord Pacific Resort, Chula Vista, California.
  • December 28–31: Gaylord Rockies Resort, Aurora, Colorado.

At each stop, the program includes free interactive activities, product sampling, giveaways and photo opportunities with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear. Exact daily times should be checked through the participating resort before planning a visit around the truck.

Christmas Suites Include Four ICE! Tickets

The Coca-Cola Christmas Suites add themed decorations and a Christmas tree to an overnight stay. The announced package includes a Coca-Cola keepsake, in-room products, seasonal treats and four tickets to ICE!, the resorts’ frozen walk-through holiday attraction.

Additional benefits vary by property, and only a limited number of suites are available. Suite stays are offered during the holiday season rather than only while the Caravan is parked at a resort. A room reservation and a truck visit therefore need to be matched by date if guests want both experiences.

The Wider Holiday Program Is Bigger Than the Truck Visit

ICE! features hand-carved sculptures, themed scenes and ice slides. Gaylord’s season announcement confirms that Gaylord Pacific and JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge are new locations for the attraction in 2026.

The participating resorts offer different stories: Home Alone at Opryland, Harry Potter at Gaylord Texan, A Charlie Brown Christmas at Gaylord Pacific and Elf at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge are among this year’s themes. Seasonal activities and operating dates vary, so choosing a resort can be as much about the preferred Christmas story as the destination.

What to Check Before Booking

The announcement does not give a single nationwide suite price. Compare the rate for the selected resort and dates, check the full package inclusions and confirm any restrictions or blackout dates. The four ICE! tickets are an advertised Christmas Suite benefit, rather than a promise attached to every ordinary room booking.

For travelers flying in, matching the hotel’s event dates with airfare is part of the planning. We previously examined holiday booking windows. Here, the first decision is whether the trip is built around a short Caravan appearance, a themed suite stay or the resort’s longer-running Christmas program.
