VIVA Cruises has launched its first dedicated travel agent selling guide, bringing information about its European river cruises into one reference. Available in print and through the operator’s agent portal, it is designed to help advisors compare products and recommend a suitable sailing.

The guide covers nine ships, itineraries, cabin and suite features, and the onboard offering. VIVA’s all-inclusive package includes meals, drinks, Wi-Fi and gratuities, giving agents specific inclusions to explain when clients compare the upfront price with their likely onboard spending.

A separate section covers VIVA Boutique, including itineraries and additional benefits on VIVA BEYOND and VIVA UNIQUE. The operator’s Boutique program places BEYOND on France’s Seine in 2026, while UNIQUE is scheduled to introduce sailings on Italy’s Po River in 2027.

The resource also outlines common customer profiles and preferences to help advisors match travelers with the right experience. Michelle Daniels, director of sales for the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, said the guide was developed following feedback from trade partners and brings the information agents need into one place.

For travelers, the useful questions remain which ship, cabin and departure best fit the trip, and exactly what the quoted fare includes. Advisors can combine the new reference with firsthand product knowledge: we recently covered the 2027 River Cruise Expo in Vienna, whose ship accommodation lineup includes VIVA TWO.
