Pegasus Airlines has invested in Zingly.ai and begun deploying its voice AI for passenger support. In an October 8 announcement, the carrier said Pegasus Innovation Lab is acting as both an investor and design partner, with the first guest-service use case already live.

The system is designed to answer incoming calls, retain the conversation’s context and connect with Pegasus’s existing software to complete requests during the call. When a case requires a person, it transfers the conversation history to a guest-service agent so callers do not have to repeat their issue.

Deployment begins in Turkish. A phased rollout through mid-2027 is intended to cover the 10 service scenarios accounting for most relevant contact-centre traffic, with additional languages planned. The announcement does not identify the individual scenarios or specify when each will become available.

Pegasus says the partnership should help it respond to spikes in support demand during travel disruptions. The carrier served approximately 43.3 million passengers in 2025, giving the project a sizeable customer base as deployment expands. It did not disclose how much it has invested.

The investment extends Pegasus’s use of AI beyond its earlier Overwatch AI partnership for operational information. We have also covered Accor’s ALL Concierge for hotel search and guest assistance. Pegasus’s approach puts the emphasis on telephone support, with human agents retained for cases that need their attention.
