Accor has announced the full launch of ALL Concierge, a conversational artificial intelligence assistant designed to help guests discover hotels, compare options and get support throughout their stay. The rollout follows a pilot that began in July 2025 and generated more than one million guest conversations.
The service brings hotel search and assistance into a continuing conversation across Accor’s digital channels and messaging platforms. Guests can describe the kind of vacation or experience they want, ask about individual properties and move toward a booking without starting their research again at each step.
Accor describes the launch as an industry first for an end-to-end conversational travel companion deployed at scale. That is the company’s characterization of its rollout; several other major hotel groups have also introduced guest-facing AI tools.
What Guests Can Use Today
ALL Concierge currently supports travel inspiration, hotel research and comparison, property information, booking-related questions and real-time assistance. Practical queries include breakfast hours, restaurant menus and spa details, allowing travelers to gather information before choosing a hotel or while staying there.
Accor says the assistant recognizes returning guests and can tailor responses using preferences, previous stays and their ALL loyalty profile. Human support remains available for complex inquiries or requests requiring personal attention, with the conversation handed over to a support team member.
Availability differs by channel. The company’s detailed launch FAQ lists 11 languages on its booking website, while the ALL Accor mobile app initially supports four languages across five points of sale. WhatsApp and iMessage are also included in the distribution strategy. Accor plans to extend app deployment across all points of sale by year-end.
The FAQ describes a transition to the booking platform and answers about existing reservations among today’s capabilities. It places direct reservation modifications and cancellations in the future feature list. That distinction is important for guests expecting the assistant to complete every transaction within the chat.
More Booking Tools and Support for Hotel Teams
Planned additions include map-based hotel comparisons using AI summaries of guest reviews, destination comparisons and more personalized guidance on earning and using loyalty points. Accor also intends to introduce recommendations involving loyalty partners, with Air France cited as an example.
Local experiences are another development area. The roadmap includes recommendations through partners such as Fever and the ability to book activities using ALL reward points. Future post-stay tools would retrieve invoices and help guests claim or track points, while voice assistance would connect the concierge with contact centers and hotel telephone lines.
The launch builds on Accor’s broader digital distribution strategy, including its earlier ALL Accor app experience inside ChatGPT. The emphasis is increasingly on helping travelers discover and interact with hotel brands through conversational interfaces.
Alongside the guest service, Accor introduced The Butler, an AI assistant for hotel employees. It is designed to provide operational information, guidance and recommendations and connect staff with human experts when necessary. Accor says simplifying routine work should give teams more time for personal guest service. The two tools therefore address both sides of a stay: helping travelers find answers and helping employees deliver them.
