Key Notes

  • Amérys Hotel Phu Quoc officially opened on November 1 with 113 rooms operated by Private Palace Vietnam.
  • Family residences, connecting-room options and a 500-square-meter kids’ club underpin its multigenerational focus.
  • Opening rates start at VND2.6 million before taxes and service charges, with a minimum two-night stay.

Amérys Hotel Phu Quoc has opened at Marina Square in Duong Bao, adding 113 rooms and suites designed for holidays shared by children, parents and grandparents. Connecting rooms, larger residences and an indoor children’s club put family arrangements at the centre of the new property’s offer.

The hotel confirmed its official opening ceremony took place on November 1. It is operated by Private Palace Vietnam, part of Germany’s Private Palace Hotels & Resorts group, while the investor is Les Sens–Phu Quoc Hotel Services, a KNI Group company.

Rooms for Different Family Groups

The hotel’s room listings range from 27-square-meter Courtyard Superior rooms to a 142-square-meter Grand Family Presidential Suite. Several categories have connecting-room options, giving families another way to balance shared time with separate sleeping spaces.

Among the larger choices:

  • The Family Theme One Bedroom Residence covers 47–51 square meters and lists a king bed plus a children’s bed.
  • The Signature Two Bedroom Residence covers 60–65 square meters, with two king beds and capacity for up to four adults.
  • The Grand Family Presidential Suite lists two king beds and a children’s room, with capacity for up to six adults.

The booking detail that matters is the confirmed bedding and occupancy for the chosen category. A family-labelled room can serve a different group from two connecting rooms, particularly when grandparents want their own space or children have different bedtimes.

Kids’ Club, Spa and Beach Access

The opening announcement highlights the 500-square-meter, air-conditioned Azuria Kids Club, alongside a gym, yoga and spa facilities. Summer camps in collaboration with Ardingly College Vietnam are described as expected programmes; dates and participation terms have not been set out in the launch announcement.

The hotel says its private beach is approximately five minutes away by electric buggy. Guests planning frequent beach visits should confirm transfer hours and arrangements, especially when travelling with young children or relatives who need easier access. The hotel also has two restaurants.

Opening Rates Start at VND2.6 Million

The hotel’s website advertises an opening rate from VND2.6 million per room per night, marked “++” before taxes and service charges. A minimum two-night stay applies, and the offer is limited and subject to conditions.

Listed benefits include buffet breakfast for two guests per bedroom, complimentary stays for children under seven, and selected dining and spa discounts. Families should request the total price for their own party, including any extra beds, additional breakfasts and optional treatments, rather than multiply the starting rate alone.

A New Family Option in Phu Quoc

The opening adds an operating hotel to an island attracting investment across different travel segments. We recently covered Phu Quoc’s meetings ambitions ahead of APEC 2027, including destination promotion and proposed hospitality developments.

For a family holiday at Amérys, the useful comparison is practical: how much private space the group needs, how often it expects to use the beach, and which meals and activities are included. Confirming those arrangements together makes it easier to compare the new hotel with other stays on the island.
