Napoli on the Road in London has been named the world’s best pizzeria in the 50 Top Pizza World 2026 ranking, putting Michele Pascarella’s restaurant at the top of an international list spanning 36 countries. Una Pizza Napoletana in New York City placed second, followed by Confine in Milan.

The results were announced at Teatro Mercadante in Naples. Italy led the full ranking with 31 establishments, followed by the United States with 22 and Brazil with six. New York was the most represented city, with seven entries, ahead of Naples with six and São Paulo with five.
For travelers, the results offer a dining shortlist stretching well beyond pizza’s Italian heartland. London’s 50 Kalò also placed 23rd and won the Best Fried Food award, giving visitors another recognized stop alongside the overall winner.
The awards extended beyond individual restaurants. Daniel Semrani of gigi’s in Sydney was named Pizza Maker of the Year, while QT Pizza Bar in São Paulo won Pizza of the Year for its Pomodori pizza.
