IHG and Harilela Group announce The Hari’s three hotels will join luxury collection brand Vignette Collection
IHG and Harilela Group have signed a three-hotel deal that will bring The Hari London, The Hari Hong Kong and the future The Hari Singapore into Vignette Collection. The agreement marks the luxury brand’s entry into Singapore while expanding its presence in London and Hong Kong.

Singapore - August 17, 2026 (NUVEX WIRE) - IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a landmark three-hotel portfolio deal with Harilela Group, a dynamic Hong Kong-based hotel development and management company with a portfolio spanning across Asia and Europe.
Under the franchise agreement, the 85-room The Hari London and 210-room The Hari Hong Kong will join IHG’s luxury & lifestyle collection brand, Vignette Collection, alongside the conversion of 324-room Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre into The Hari Singapore, Vignette Collection.
The agreement reflects a partnership that has evolved over more than five decades, with Harilela Group and IHG now collaborating across six hotels. Alongside The Hari portfolio, the relationship includes Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, Holiday Inn Express Changzhou Center and Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom.
For Vignette Collection, the addition of three independently spirited hotels, in three global gateway cities, including The Hari’s debut in Singapore, marks an important milestone. These additions strengthen Vignette Collection’s growing presence of over 80 open and pipeline hotels worldwide.
