Situ has expanded its international operations into Asia-Pacific with the launch of Situ APAC and the opening of a new office in Singapore. The UK-based serviced accommodation booking specialist said the move will allow it to operate with stronger regional expertise while maintaining global standards for clients with international accommodation needs.

The APAC unit is already operational and is being led by client success director Diana Ong. Alongside the Singapore office, Situ also has a hub in Bangalore, giving it a presence in two important regional business centers. The company said the structure is intended to improve responsiveness and local market familiarity for customers whose employees need short- and medium-term stays across multiple countries.

The expansion follows the February launch of Situ Americas, indicating that the company is building out a more geographically distributed operating model. For the serviced accommodation sector, the move reflects continued demand from corporate clients for providers that can combine global reach with localized execution in key business travel markets.
