KHM Travel Group is strengthening its presence in the fast-growing wellness travel sector through a new partnership with the Wellness Tourism Association (WTA). The collaboration grants KHM advisors access to specialized resources, including webinars, trend briefings, research insights and expanded training designed to support travelers seeking restorative, health-focused experiences.

CEO Rick Zimmerman said wellness is one of the industry’s most active segments and emphasized the company’s commitment to helping advisors meet rising demand for trips centered on mental, physical and emotional well-being. The partnership arrives as the WTA relaunches as a for-profit organization after financial difficulties led to its dissolution in May.

Under its renewed structure, the WTA continues to promote industry standards and education, including the Wellness Travel Specialist Course developed with the Travel Institute. With interest in holistic travel steadily climbing, the partnership positions KHM advisors to better serve clients looking for meaningful, wellness-driven itineraries.
