This includes five newly rebranded properties following Hyatt’s acquisition of Playa Hotels & Resorts, alongside eight established Hyatt Ziva and Zilara locations. The move reinforces ALG Vacations’ positioning as a key player in the all-inclusive segment across Mexico, the Caribbean, and the Dominican Republic.
Advisors now have seamless access to a broader portfolio of Hyatt resorts, including new additions such as Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen, as well as trusted favorites like Hyatt Ziva Cancun, Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana, and Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta. The update supports both individual and group bookings, offering enhanced options for family vacations, weddings, and corporate retreats.
Advisor Tools and Value-Added Features
ALG Vacations’ Global Head of Trade Brands, Jacki Marks, emphasized that the additions reflect the company’s long-term commitment to expanding advisor choice and client satisfaction. Travel professionals can now book the newly added properties using ALG’s existing suite of tools, including GroupEase, flexible payment options, and contracted group booking forms.
In addition to simplified access, ALG Vacations is working to introduce exclusive offers, upgrades, and advisor perks across the new Hyatt resorts. These value-added enhancements are expected to roll out on a property-by-property basis in the coming months.
