Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled plans for a third Prestige-class ship, reinforcing its position in the ultra-luxury cruise market and signaling long-term growth into the 2030s.

The newly announced vessel will be built by Fincantieri and is set to debut in 2033, following the Seven Seas Prestige in 2026 and the second Prestige-class ship in 2030. The company said the decision reflects a “measured, strategic expansion” across its global fleet, according to Jason Montague, chief luxury officer at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Regent’s parent company.

Although few details have been shared, the Seven Seas Prestige class represents a major leap in design and scale. The first ship will measure 77,000 tons, about 40% larger than the Seven Seas Splendor, and will debut the Skyview Regent Suite, described as the largest suite ever built on an ultra-luxury ship.

This expansion underscores Regent’s focus on elevating guest experiences and maintaining its reputation as one of the leading names in luxury cruising.
