Peregrine Hospitality has appointed Heather Stege as its new chief operating officer, continuing a broader expansion of its executive leadership following the company’s rebrand last year. The move reflects Peregrine’s focus on strengthening operational performance as it grows across multiple hospitality segments.
In her new role, Stege will work closely with Peregrine’s executive leadership to oversee operations across the company’s portfolio of resort, luxury, boutique and select-service hotels. Her mandate includes driving operational excellence, improving performance consistency and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Stege joins Peregrine from KBP Inspired, where she served as brand president overseeing the Arby’s brand across more than 120 locations in four states. Prior to that, she held multiple senior leadership roles at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, bringing extensive experience in managing and scaling multi-unit operations.
Peregrine also announced several additional senior appointments. Anthony Gaeta has been named senior vice president of technology and IT operations, Christina Gregg will oversee human resources, and Jeff Gross will lead asset management initiatives. Gross previously headed the managed hotel division at Choice Hotels International, while Gaeta and Gregg bring experience from Benchmark Hospitality and Gaylord Hotels.
Company leadership said the expanded C-suite is expected to play a key role in driving innovation, empowering teams and enhancing portfolio performance as Peregrine continues to expand its hospitality platform across asset classes.
