Peek has taken a major step in expanding its influence across the global experiences sector with the acquisition of ACME Ticketing and Connect&GO, supported by a new $70 million funding round.

The deals significantly extend Peek’s reach across museums, theme parks, cultural attractions, and large-scale venues, adding advanced ticketing systems, RFID capabilities, and robust on-site management tools. Investors say the combined platform positions Peek as a key force driving modernization in an industry where many operators still lag in digital adoption.

The company is doubling down on AI as it integrates the new assets. Its existing AI suite, including the award-winning Peek Copilot, has helped operators boost revenue through dynamic pricing and automation.

Peek plans to expand the use of AI agents for fraud monitoring, data analysis, and customer insight tools, continuing its push toward becoming the unified operating system for the $330 billion experiences market.

Leadership from ACME and Connect&GO emphasized the strategic alignment, noting that the merger brings together industry-leading technology with a shared mission to optimize visitor engagement and long-term loyalty.

Peek executives said the funding will accelerate product development and enhance support for operators as consumer behavior shifts increasingly toward digital planning and AI-driven travel discovery.
