MAST Travel Network has appointed Andrew Davis as its new president and chief operating officer, marking a significant leadership transition for the U.S.-based travel agency consortium. Davis will officially step into the role on January 2, succeeding John Werner, who is departing after 25 years with the organization.

Davis joins MAST from Holland America Line, where he spent nearly a decade in a range of commercial and strategic roles. Most recently, he served as director of national and strategic accounts, working closely with travel advisors and agency partners. His background also includes experience as a travel advisor, in meetings and events, and more than 12 years in sales roles with Marriott International – giving him broad exposure across multiple segments of the travel industry.

In his new role, Davis will oversee MAST’s day-to-day operations while focusing on enhancing the member experience, strengthening operational infrastructure, expanding strategic partnerships, and supporting the network’s long-term growth objectives. These priorities come as agency consortia increasingly position themselves as critical partners for advisors navigating supplier complexity, evolving traveler expectations, and rapid industry change.

MAST chairman and CEO Geoff Hendren described Davis as a strong fit for the organization’s next phase, citing his combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, and relationship-driven leadership. Based in Oakbrook, Illinois, MAST Travel Network represents 210 agencies and approximately 1,600 travel advisors across the United States, making leadership continuity and advisor-focused strategy especially important for the network’s future direction.
