Holland America Line Reveals 2027–28 South America and Antarctica Season

Holland America Line has unveiled its 2027–2028 South America and Antarctica itineraries, featuring scenic glacier routes and extended voyages up to 31 days.

Holland America Line has released details of its 2027–2028 South America and Antarctica cruise season, with voyages designed for travelers seeking immersive exploration and breathtaking scenery.

From November 2027 through March 2028, the Zuiderdam and Oosterdam will sail itineraries ranging from 14 to 31 days, departing from Buenos Aires, San Antonio (Santiago), Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. Passengers will enjoy panoramic views of the Pío XI Glacier, Glacier Alley, the Beagle Channel, and the Chilean Fjords, along with opportunities for overland excursions to Machu Picchu and the Galápagos Islands.

Guests booking with the Have It All premium package will receive added perks such as free prepaid crew appreciation, upgrades to the Elite Beverage Package, and Premium Wi-Fi. Members of the Mariner Society loyalty program can also earn up to $400 onboard credit per stateroom through an early booking bonus.

According to Paul Grigsby, Holland America Line’s vice president of itinerary planning, the new routes are “designed for travelers who want to go beyond the ordinary,” offering unparalleled access to South America’s landscapes and Antarctica’s icy wonders.
