Emirates is set to launch the world’s largest Starlink-enabled wide-body fleet, introducing free, ultra-fast Wi-Fi beginning November 2025. The rollout starts with Boeing 777 aircraft and expands to Airbus A380s in early 2026, with the airline targeting a full fleet upgrade by mid-2027. Each aircraft will receive multiple Starlink antennae, enabling broadband-level speeds that allow streaming, gaming, calls, and real-time work at cruising altitude.

The first commercial flight using Starlink will depart immediately after the Dubai Airshow, signaling an accelerated installation schedule of roughly 14 aircraft per month. Connectivity will be accessible with a single click, without fees or loyalty program requirements. Live TV will debut on personal devices and later on seatback screens.

The Starlink integration joins Emirates’ broader fleet refurbishment program, which includes new Premium Economy cabins, refreshed Business and First Class interiors, and upgraded entertainment systems. SpaceX says the collaboration will deliver ground-quality internet, positioning Emirates at the forefront of next-generation inflight connectivity.
