Bellagio Resort & Casino has officially reopened its Mayfair Supper Club following a temporary closure for a creative refresh, reinforcing Las Vegas’ reputation for immersive dining-led entertainment. Originally launched in late 2019, the venue now returns with an all-new live production and expanded culinary and cocktail menus designed to elevate the guest experience.
Produced by Outside The Box Amusements, the updated show unfolds in multiple phases throughout the evening, blending live music, choreography, acrobatics, aerial performances, and theatrical lighting. The concept allows guests to experience the venue differently depending on when they visit, turning dinner into a dynamic, story-driven performance rather than a single fixed show.
On the culinary side, the Mayfair has introduced more than a dozen new global fusion dishes, while keeping signature classics on the menu. The beverage program has also been refreshed with new craft cocktails designed to complement the venue’s theatrical atmosphere.
