Amadeus River Cruises has announced plans to launch a new ship, the Amadeus Mira, in 2027, expanding its fleet of luxury European river vessels.

The Mira will be a sister ship to the Amadeus Aurea, which is set to debut in 2026. Designed for a capacity of 158 passengers, the ship will feature 12 suites and 67 cabins, blending contemporary comfort with sustainable technology.

The Mira will operate on the Rhine, Main, and Danube rivers, offering travelers scenic routes through some of Europe’s most iconic waterways. Like the Aurea, it will be equipped with a hybrid-electric propulsion system, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.
