airBaltic has opened applications for up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew roles as it expands its operations ahead of the 2026 summer season. The fast-growing Latvian carrier is hiring across its bases in Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius, offering a major opportunity for newcomers to enter the aviation industry without prior experience.
Selected candidates will receive fully paid training and earn their Cabin Crew certification within approximately two months, joining an international team supporting an expanding route network.
The airline emphasizes the role’s flexible scheduling, multicultural environment, and strong opportunities for career progression, making it particularly appealing to students and those seeking a professional change.
According to Marina Volkova, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, interest in these positions remains consistently high, reflecting airBaltic’s reputation as a top employer in the region and beyond.
New cabin crew members will take on responsibilities that include ensuring onboard safety, delivering customer service, handling inflight sales, and supporting smooth flight operations. As frontline representatives of the airline, they will play a key role in maintaining airBaltic’s service standards.
With nearly 3,000 employees already, the carrier continues to strengthen its workforce as it prepares for further fleet and network growth.
