SAii Hotels & Resorts has introduced a new collection of wellness experiences across its properties in Thailand and the Maldives, offering travelers a more relaxed and flexible approach to wellbeing. The initiative, called “Peace of Mind,” reflects the brand’s belief that wellness should be integrated naturally into everyday life rather than structured around strict routines or intensive retreat programs.
The packages are available across the group’s portfolio and aim to help guests unwind, reconnect with their surroundings and restore balance through a mix of activities, relaxation and cultural experiences. Instead of focusing on rigid wellness schedules, the programs encourage travelers to move at their own pace and choose the activities that suit their personal rhythm.
At the core of the concept is SAii’s “Five Circles of Well-being,” which shape the overall guest experience. These principles include Eat Well, Sleep Well, Move Well, Explore Well and Stay Well, creating a holistic framework that combines nourishing cuisine, restorative sleep environments, enjoyable physical activity, meaningful cultural exploration and calming spa treatments.
Each resort adapts the concept to its specific location, allowing guests to experience wellness through local landscapes, nature-based activities and personalized experiences.
Wellness Experiences Across Thailand’s Island Destinations
Several SAii properties in Thailand are participating in the program, each offering a different interpretation of the Peace of Mind philosophy.
At SAii Laguna Phuket, wellness is centered around active experiences combined with relaxation. The resort sits between Bangtao Beach and a tropical lagoon, providing a natural setting for outdoor activities such as shoreline jogging, yoga sessions overlooking the water and Pilates classes. Guests can also take part in aqua aerobics, tennis or non-motorized water sports, while families benefit from activities designed for younger travelers, including kids’ programs and family-friendly facilities.
SAii Phi Phi Island Village offers a more nature-focused wellness environment. Located within a coconut plantation and stretching along a secluded beach, the resort encourages guests to reconnect with the surrounding ecosystem. Visitors can participate in conservation-focused activities at the Marine Discovery Centre, where initiatives such as clownfish breeding and reef shark research aim to protect local marine life. Activities like kayaking, snorkeling and the resort’s mangrove forest bathing experience allow guests to explore the island’s natural environment in a calm and immersive way.
A Slower Pace of Wellness in Koh Samui and the Maldives
Other resorts in the collection focus more strongly on relaxation, privacy and slow travel.
SAii Koh Samui Villas, located along the secluded Hanuman Bay, offers an adults-only experience centered on tranquility and meaningful time together. The Peace of Mind package includes private villa stays, sunrise yoga sessions, snorkeling and kayaking activities. Guests can also enjoy spa treatments and in-villa dining designed to create a slower and more intimate holiday experience.
In the Maldives, the program is offered at SAii Lagoon Maldives, part of the CROSSROADS Maldives lifestyle destination. Here, wellness is combined with exploration, allowing guests to participate in activities such as paddleboarding, snorkeling and sunrise yoga while also discovering local culture through visits to the Maldives Discovery Centre. The program also includes marine conservation experiences led by resident marine biologists, giving travelers an opportunity to learn about coral restoration and ocean ecosystems.
Bookings for the Peace of Mind wellness packages are available through September 2026. The initiative reflects the growing demand for travel experiences that focus on mental wellbeing, personal freedom and authentic connections with both nature and local culture.
