A key highlight is Travefy’s new invoicing tool. Travel advisors can create clean, branded invoices using trip data already in the system. The invoices support partial payments, manual methods like cash or check, and real-time status updates—paid, pending, or overdue.
To complement this, the platform also added a commission tracking feature. Agents can log what they’ve earned from suppliers and see what’s still pending. Commissions are linked to each trip, helping advisors maintain better financial oversight without relying on external spreadsheets.
Centralized Email and Rich Client Profiles
Email has also been integrated into the CRM. Advisors can now sync their Gmail, Outlook, or other email providers, allowing all correspondence to appear directly within Travefy. Messages are linked to client records, giving a full history of conversations in one place.
Contact management has also been upgraded. Each client profile now includes customizable fields for preferences, loyalty programs, passport numbers, travel companions, and more. Advisors can store documents and notes, making follow-up and trip personalization far more efficient.
