VacationPort Acquires Voyager Websites to Expand Digital Tools for Travel Advisors

VacationPort has acquired Voyager Websites, integrating its platform and content library to enhance digital and marketing tools for travel advisors.

VacationPort, formerly known as Passport Online, has acquired Voyager Websites from founder Richard Earls, marking a strategic move to expand its suite of tools for travel advisors. Founded in 2016, Voyager Websites provides agencies with customizable websites, automated social media posting, and a broad content library.

Under the acquisition, VacationPort will integrate Voyager’s platform, content, and customer base into its existing ecosystem. The merger aims to enhance digital marketing, streamline online presence, and offer stronger technology solutions for travel professionals.

VacationPort chair and CEO Sudhir Bhagwan said the acquisition strengthens the company’s commitment to supporting travel advisors through innovation, expanded content, and improved marketing capabilities across its global network.
