Oasis Travel Network has introduced OTN Academy, a revamped online training program aimed at supporting brand-new travel advisors entering the industry. Based in Boca Raton, the host agency says the self-paced boot camp is designed to provide a clear, practical foundation for advisors with no prior experience.
The program takes approximately 60 to 70 hours to complete and allows new advisors to be onboarded within three to five business days. Notably, participants can begin booking travel while progressing through the coursework, helping them gain hands-on experience early in their careers.
OTN Academy was developed in collaboration with key industry organizations, including The Travel Institute, ASTA, and CLIA, ensuring the curriculum aligns with current professional standards and best practices.
According to Oasis Travel Network, the initiative reflects growing demand for structured, accessible education as more newcomers explore travel advising as a career path. By combining flexible learning with early booking opportunities, OTN Academy aims to lower barriers to entry while building confidence and long-term advisor success.
