Accor is reinventing hotel loyalty through its expanded ALL PLUS subscription model – a paid offering designed to deliver consistent value and elevated status to frequent travelers across its global brand portfolio. Available in two tiers – ALL PLUS ibis and ALL PLUS Voyageur – the initiative aims to simplify travel budgets while enhancing the guest experience through guaranteed perks and fast-track loyalty progression.

Global Subscription Expansion Meets Traveler Needs

Initially launched in markets such as China and Brazil, ALL PLUS has now been relaunched on a truly global scale, including ibis and Voyageur editions. These subscription cards come with meaningful perks: fixed-rate discounts regardless of seasonality (15% via ibis; up to 20% on premium brands via Voyageur), room guarantees even during full bookings (up to two days before arrival), and expedited elevation to Silver status in the ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty program – accompanied by bonus Status Nights credited one day post-subscription.

By blending both leisure and business travel benefits – including discounts valid for personal and corporate stays – Accor is responding to the blurred lines between work and leisure travel. Frequent guests benefit from planning peace of mind, while the brand strengthens loyalty rewards through a more predictable model of value creation.

Enhancing Loyalty with Convenience and Upgrades

Beyond financial savings, ALL PLUS subscribers unlock both convenience and a more immersive brand experience. The fixed discount means that members don’t need to chase promotional codes – they can rely on year-round savings across Accor’s 4,000+ hotels spanning economy to luxury segments. Additionally, the guaranteed room feature is a major differentiator, especially for business travelers booking at short notice.

Credit toward elite status is another core component: ibis subscribers receive 10 Status Nights annually, while Voyageur subscribers receive 20. These bonus nights significantly lower the hurdle to reach higher tiers like Gold or Platinum – and higher tier means perks like room upgrades, late check-out, and lounge access. According to industry analysis, combining subscription bonuses can be more efficient than traditional stay-based loyalty.

In Asia-Pacific markets, Accor’s longstanding “Accor Plus” membership is being transitioned to an enhanced “ALL Accor+ Explorer” model from October 1, 2025. This updated version bundles complimentary nights, deeper discounts on stays and dining, elite status, and exclusive Red Hot Room deals, creating a compelling regional equivalent to the global ALL PLUS cards.

However, some user feedback indicates booking challenges around blackout dates and limited availability for free nights or dining offers – highlighting that while the value equation is strong on paper, seamless execution remains key.
